Yes you could run it, will it be ideal, no. Your alignment will be all out of spec and you will get uneven tire wear, not to mention how it would impact the driving characteristics. Save up and do it all at once so when you get your car set up at the alignment shop, it can be done all in one shot. Finally, SPL all the way....Nismo is simply their parts, with different colors and Nismo badging.
