I received and installed the adapter. Works perfect! I wasn't able to get pics of it installed but I do have a couple pics of the cable and plugs. Here are the steps for installation:

1) Remove 2 phillip's screws on existing obd 2 port bracket under dash and pull bracket and cable down below dash.

2) The obd plug easily unsnaps from the bracket with a small screwdriver. Remove the bracket.

3) Snap the plug marked (new obd 2 port) shown in the attached pic into the bracket. It snaps in just like OEM.

4) The plug marked (to OEM harness) shown in the attached pic plugs into the OEM obd cable port

5) Plug your Ecutek dongle into the port marked (switched) as shown in the attached pic.

6) Tuck cabling up under dash and re-install bracket.

You now have an unswitched obd port just like OEM installed in the OEM bracket and an Ecutek dongle plugged in full time that only functions with the ignition in the ON position.

I tested it from multiple distances and it worked perfect everytime.

Thank you Eugene and Frank
