COMP's employees are clairvoyant. They signed for the turbo on 7/7. Called today asking about its status. COMP knew the status of the TC before I even finished giving my name! Apparently they dont know what's wrong with it but it'll be ready to ship by Monday and they'll have a report ready then but sometimes when turbos fail - in a warranty period - the causes are really complicated and probably beyond the consumer's knowledge base but they'll totally know by Monday when they ship it out.
