made it to Durango last night at 1030pm. Gnarly Storm driving through Flagstaff.
Kinda pissed off because I booked a cabin through AirBnB. Nowhere in the listing did they say it was a KOA campground cabin - I booked it through AirBnB, not Aircampground.. I kept trying to get a hold of the host all day yesterday to ask questions, no return calls or msgs.
Get to the cabin, no power. Also, not knowing it was at a KOA campground, we were completely unprepared for it (no blankets, pillows etc.) Had to use towels as bed sheets, rolled up shirts for pillows and jackets for blanket. Oh, did I mention no power? Not happy at all.
But the scenery is amazing! Peppers first experience with a river.
