It is strange you are not getting a response from Comp. I have talked to them multiple times and they answer the phone right away and seem to have great customer service.
I really like these Comp turbos. I have one on my truck and have over 20,000 miles on it and was just cleaning the filter and there was zero play in the shaft. However, mine definitely came pre-greased...lol. Without that grease Im surprised it lasted even that long.
