I’ve always been a bit skeptical of large high rise buildings in FL since our “bedrock”, and I use the term loosely, is porous limestone.

I know when they build large tall structures, they pump concrete down into the ground underneath where the foundation will go and I’m assuming also steel pylons as well, but I’m stilll a bit about high rises here. That’s a massive amount of weight concentrated over a small footprint IMO.
