I didn't want to admit that I had to refer to that to open the fob, but you have forced my hand
I must admit that I was befuddled when I first popped it apart and didn't see a battery or any electronics. LOL! I couldn't see how to separate the other section easily and had to refer to my download of the Owner's Manual.
