Short tails are one of the louder options out there for sure...in my opinion it was just the right amount of sound without being obnoxious. Nice deep rumble at low rpm, scream at WOT. To be completely honest, some drone around 3k rpm but it never really bothered me. On a scale from 1-10 with stock exhaust being maybe a 2 or 3, these are about a 7. They'll likely seem louder with the top up than they will with it down.
