Default New Shocks, stock height for 2012 Nismo 370Z.

Hey guys. I did some digging on the forum but couldn't find what I was looking for. I have owned the car for about a month and I love the Nismo. I think the car feels great at the limit, but the low speed suspension setup is way to firm. There is little to no give and the car can get "bouncy" on certain surfaces.

I am trying to find replacement shocks and springs to soften the suspension while keeping the ride height exactly where it is. I am not interested in coilovers as I do not plan to ever adjust them for height. Most of the shocks and springs I have seen lower the car which is what I don't want.

Does anyone have a setup that can soften the ride quality at low speeds while maintaining the ride height?
