Others swear that their exhaust has no drone whatsoever when in actual fact, there is so much drone that the inside of the cabin feels like it’s shaking itself apart. Bottom line, there is a fine and subjective line between loud and drone. Good exhaust manufacturers spend a large portion of their R&D budget to find that perfect balance.
This is the most important part to this conversation. I would find myself on the side of "loud is drone", but I do like a loud exhaust. I appreciate everyone not coming in here to attack me about not liking my FI exhaust. In all truth, I really like it, it's just very loud.... too loud for me on long drives.
