No one is gonna be able to tell how how to adjust your arms from the internet
We dont know your height
We dont know your arms
Theres ways that race car drivers do this without a rack, using a string and basic tools but sure doesnt sound like the position you’re in
Go to an good alignment shop (not a generic chain) and get it done right
