I don't guess I've met any of these people that don't think racism exists. The biggest racists I've run across don't deny it's existence - they just believe that it is justifiable (or give it a different name, eg, Manifest Destiny). The most oblivious People of White Privilege that I know acknowledge it's existence - they just don't think it's as bad as it really is.

I agree wholeheartedly that there shouldn't be a free ride but why should someone have to work harder to achieve the same result as any other person? Why in the world should anybody have to do
ANY work to enjoy the same basic freedoms and rights as anyone else?
