There are some sectors that will have severe material shortages in the very near future. Best case is we stay out in front of it with the virus and start to see some positive results from the regs in place. New York and New Orleans aren't doing so hot (or maybe I should say they are too hot
), but Washington state definitely seems to have done a decent job thus far.
