The two main ones are ECUTek and Uprev. Search is your friend.

Edit: If you are talking about an old style tune up then, as other have said, modern cars don't need tune ups. No carburetor to adjust, no ignition points, etc. You may want to inspect the spark plugs, clean the MAFs, etc.
