Old thread...but just posting a response that Z1 gave when asking about fitment issues with aftermarket exhaust...here’s what they wrote...

We have had no fitment issues as of yet with any of these exhausts. The only contact we would assume would be if the exhaust is not properly aligned before tightening leaving the exhaust being close or touching the brace however, as long as the exhaust is adjusted and installed properly you will have no fitment issues.
