Boundary Engineering gears are up for $400 and a new OEM pump is less than $200, so it's almost half of the Suckerpunch setup. Don't get me wrong, Suckerpunch's product is top of the line, I'm sure, just a little overkill from what I need.

I do have a question, though: How easy is a DIY gear replacement for the OEM oil pump? and are there any special tools required?

I'm looking at doing this whenever I do the gallery gaskets.

Thanks guys!
