Well, I pulled the same muscle I did just about 2 weeks ago. Hurts like a bitch. If it will let go, it is not so bad. Mother Puss bucket did it hurt when it popped. Put me on the ground. I over did it this weekend getting hay. I was by myself with no help. Alieve to the rescue.
