Kevin estimated $1200-1400 for engine work (oil galley gaskets and oil pump gears), but the estimate includes parts. I expect I'll spend closer to $1500 by the time I add in a few extra tasks for him while the front timing cover is off.

Gonna look to drop the Z off with him in a couple of months. Early Jan would be ideal, but the goal is to get that work done before my birthday in early Feb so I can take it out that week.
