I'm about to pick up a used set of Nismo Recaro seats but I want to reupholster them. Something custom and likely an entirely new pattern.

Has anyone done this or know the nuances of it with their being airbags built into the seats?

I may just get the full Recaro seats minus airbags if its not possible or a huge headache.
