Having driven a Nismo Z your same year I could tell you that the ride quality is actually excellent for a Japanese sports car and only a little stiffer than the base Z suspension. Swapping out your springs to the base springs would be a good place to start but,the springs rates are not much more aggressive though comparing base Z springs to the red Nismo Z springs. Also the Nismo Z front and rear sway bars are stiffer as well. If your girlfriend said that she does not like your Nismo Z throw her to the wolf’s and start dating other women would be good advice here.
