UpRev wouldn't be able to find anything with that information, especially on something from that far back. They didn't start saving flash information until mid-2017, and even that info is minimal. That info can be found out a couple of ways.

1) Find someone with a cable and perform a ROM dump, send to UpRev. They can see if their custom code has been patched in or not. Probably the easiest way.

2) Go to a dealer and pay them to try and write a file to your car. If it fails, then it's probably UpRev tuned. If it doesn't fail, it's 100% not UpRev tuned. The security access is changed when you get an UpRev tune, which means a dealer wouldn't be able to program over it
