RICE is an ancronym fo Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancement. So yes you can RICE out a mustang, just add a crazy large spoiler, outragous splitter up front, some off center stipes and you have a ricer. It does nothing to make the car perform better. I'm sure you guys are aware of this however, it makes me chukle when I see the words used interchangeably.
