Lots of good info here, OP. Most, if not all, of the things mentioned above you can DIY. Some things can wait - eg, if it steers and stops straight, you can put off brakes and alignment for a while (still ought to do a good visual check of pads and rotors as soon as you replace fluids).

Many maintenance and repair procedures have at least one thread on this site. Search is your friend. If you don't like the site's search, you can go to just about any search engine (Google, DuckDuckGo, etc) and add "site:the370z.com" to your search string.
