My issue isn't the wait, my issue is my expectations were incorrectly set. 4-6 weeks was what was quoted. 50% deposit for the short block was placed the 18th December, but that's Christmas time so I'm not even counting that. I changed things up and ended up doing a long block, the heads and cams/springs were delivered to them mid January. So I realize some delay is on me. The balance for everything was squared up on Jan 18th.
It appears their machine shop is swamped. The motor parts are still there as of yesterday.
I haven't given up hope yet, just sucks that I am the only one communicating. I've worked retail/customer service all my life and I really feel bad for Chase (the guy that answers their phone), he is doing the best he can with what little he has. Whenever it does ship out I gotta send him some rum, I know he needs it
