I think you got it, as mine had the lowest mileage I've seen before yours came along. I'm at 12,6XX, original owner. Similar situation. Crap weather makes it a seasonal car and it's a shame for it not to be driven, hence mine is up for sale as well. The RS5 is gonna be a sweet replacement.
