I went to the DMV itself and the car passed with Motordyne ART pipes. I wasn't throwing any CEL - when they put the car over the camera the guy stopped to call someone else over (got a little nervous here) at which point they asked me if they were high flow cats. YEAH of course they were. Hah so I maybe got lucky, but I passed.
