I just got off the phone with my mechanic. He pulled my sc today and spun the pulley by hand. He said that when spinning the pulley back and forth he can feel a slight clunking like bearing play. This is with the 928 ceramic bearings.

I don't know if slight play is normal. The pulley and impeller weren't rocking like if there was shaft play. The bearings only have maybe 500 miles on them. Being that I haven't heard of anyone else having issues with their ceramic bearings, it's hard for me to believe that mine are bad.

Needless to say, I sent an email to 928, we'll see what they say.
