Tire Stickers sells pens and the rubber stickers that are supposed to last 40k miles(I can personally vouch for a solid 10k). tirestickers.com
Tredwear is the only other 1 I know of, but I don't know if they sell both or only the permanent ones. I have no personal experience with these, but a friend does, and he says they've held up well, but I'm not sure what his mileage is on them.
