Don't be so hasty. Exhaust scavenging is a thing, and R32 GTRs are known for sucking failed-turbo-ceramic-turbine dust back up the exhaust header and into the cylinder - leading to low compression and necessitating an engine rebuild - if either of the turbos lets go.

Granted in that situation you have another turbo adding to exhaust backpressure which (with 1 turbo failed) can do weird things. But never say never and call people idiots. Just give your POV from a logical perspective and call it a day.
