The Z names have always used the displacement numbers. 240z, 260z, 280z, 280zx, 300zx, etc. The 300z name should be used again, I responded. Just makes sense. A Z car has been part of my whole life. If I every sold one, I got another within 6 months. I have 2 at the moment. I would like to have 3. I sold my dream car, a 300zxtt in Metallic Black with Black interior.
