You can use the sun shade with this box, but I warn you the sun shade will rattle. I was able to mitigate it with some hushmat , but ultimately I took out the sun shade.

I ended up getting a 12 so I cant use the speaker or the box anymore.

Local buyer preferred (I am in Tampa, Fl area), but can look into shipping.
