Heard the same exact thing on two other cars, and it'd stop after using the clutch. I'd chalk it up to being normal. The clutch on those cars lasted forever.

Maybe take it to Nissan just so there's record of it happening and you brought it in? Better safe than sorry and that's the reason for buying new.
