When I tune them they always pass. In addition, if you do run the stock stillen tune, you will fail the sniffer test but they don't do that anymore.. Usually the other symptoms are check engine lights that will come on weeks or months after the kit is installed. Their tune should never have been approved, the cars never run right on it.
