I could be totally off but I just think if they were going to kill the Z they wouldn’t have had a 2018 and 2019 model. The Evo X came out around the same as the Z and Mitsu killed it in in 2015 to make way for their Crossover and SUV lineup.

If Nissan wanted to make a shift to crossovers and leave the compact sport car segment it doesn’t make sense to keep rolling the Z’s out in my opinion.
