It's mainly for chips in the paint but it may work for the scratch (possibly with some bondo/filler underneath)

I've heard nothing but great things from them so this may be a good solution, check out their products and demonstrations, you may be able to fix it. Attempt a practice on an old bumper etc.. if you can
