I have lol probably spent roughly 8+ hours reading up as much as i could but only small bits here n there were usefull while most of it was useless as it was for different coils and much different application than what i needed.

So after talking with Swift, here is the info.

KW V3 Spring 9.3" 237mm (Height)
Progressive Spring
Spring Rate - 88 N/mm

Replaced with

Swift Metric Spring 7" 178mm (Height)
Linear Spring
88.24 N/mm = 504 Pounds per inch
Outer Diameter - 89mm

I don't remember why exactly we chose 7" but i think he had a reason for it, possibly something to do with how the stock v3's progressive spings work, i dont remember tbh...I'm just tad worried cause he said something about play in the spring since it'll be shorter but also said its not an issue.
