Ottomatic,

Pretty common to find that the window lockout switch on the driver's window switch is locked in the down position.

If that doesn't set things right, check window fuses, the rubber gaiter that the wiring harness for the passenger door goes through for broken/frayed wires. If still a no go, pull the door panel and check the window motor with a separate 12 volt source to see if it will move. The motor may need replacing.

It is possible that since the windows power down before the roof starts to open, somewhere in the roof wiring the service people missed reconnecting a wire to signal the window motor.

Then again, your window issue could just be a coincidence to have occurred at the same time as your top service. Good Luck!
