Default A/C, Cruise Control, and Synchro Rev Match switch not working

Watsup guys! I'm new to the forum, first post, I have a 2013 nismo and a couple issues have popped up. First thing the AC/heat unit is not getting power at all, doesn't light up or anything when I turn the dials, no air comes out, doesn't make any noise at all when i try to start it, but the radio and the rest of that unit work fine. The cruise control doesn't engage, the light will appear on my dashboard, but it doesn't actually work. The switch for the synchro rev match doesn't work, right now it's on, shows the S next to to what gear I'm in on my dash, can't switch it off. This occurred a while ago, over a month, I'm in VA and we got hit with a lot of snow, I didn't touch the car till everything melted, then when I started it is when I noticed I had no heat or anything. I didn't notice the cruise control or synchro rev problems till a couple weeks later, but I assume they all went out at the same time. Now, the car has a carbon fiber hood on it that the previous owner installed, it has vents and a plastic piece under those vents to channel the water out to the sides. One of the bolts was missing and it was leaking water into to bay, and this problem occurred right after a heavy snow storm where snow was sitting and melting on top of the car. The location of where that leak was is right above that box on the bottom right of the engine bay, in between the headlight and intake, that's not my car in the picture I just found it on the internet and it shows that box well (I have stock intakes). I checked that box, it has like some relays and fuses, one of the fuses was melted, it was labeled as the seat climate control I think, something I don't even have the nismo seats are not heated. I replaced that fuse and checked it a few times after driving and its fine. I found a blown fuse in the fuse box inside the car next to the pedals, looking at the fuse box cover it is the fuse labeled "METER" under electric parts and above audio. I replaced that and it blew again so I'm getting somewhere. I just don't even know what meter means or where to look next so here I am! Any help is appreciated, thank you.
EDIT: Oh in addition, I would've taken it to the dealer by now, but I am very far away from home, (working as an engineering intern for TMI Autotech, the ones making the ariel atom in america! it's amazing) and the nearest dealer is 45min away and I'm really trying to avoid driving there with a firned, dropping off my car, not having it for a while, driving back to pick it up. It would just be inconvenient, but it may come to that. I really hate electronics, that's why I'm studying mech engineering
