The original seat wire structure pressed directly on my sciatica, causing major, painful discomfort. Within a week, I replaced the drivers seat with a SPARCO from Summit Racing. I had to fabricate my own mounting rails.

DO NOT recommend SPARCO, as they are very shoddily made...... I suggest you go for a higher-end seat such as BRIDE, as they seem better quality and DO have available specific brackets.
