Looks as if it would be hard to argue in favor of the tinting being legal in Tenn as it clearly states red. But that's only if an officer even wants to bother with the possible infraction. In my opinion, however, I'd never blatantly give law enforcement a justifiable reason to pull me over and ruin my day.
