There is no right answer. See my post on damper adjustments to get a bases of how damper rate change effects handling.

Do i need to use Bump on KW V3 for DD?

All does not apply to your situation as you only have one way adjustable dampening (most likely rebound with some change in compression)

The first goal would be to try and reduce excessive bounce and body roll. So generally you should start at 0 (full soft front and rear) and work your way up until this goal is achieved. Adjusting your front shocks first is "safer" as it reduces the chances of oversteer and dive.
