Default SPC Rear Camber Adjustment

I have a V36 sedan which uses the same rear suspension components as the Z34.

I have SPC rear camber arms and am unable to achieve higher than -4.0 camber without setting the toe completely off. I used the template to elongate the toe bolts. I am shooting for -5.0 camber at ride height to clear my wheels under my fenders when the car airs out to it's parking height. (Airlift 3P).

Is my alignment shop doing something wrong? Or, did I do something wrong?
