Trunk not releasing on first try

My trunk does not unlatch after the first try. People have mentioned that there is a TSB for it but I searched far and wide and could not find the TSB so I can print it out. Could anyone point me to it so I can bring it into the dealership?

Thanks!

Just contact your local Nissan service department and let them know. This is a well documented issue that appeared on the 2009s and they will fix it.

And all the dealers know about the problem, no need for a TSB

...You shouldnt have to print the tsb...the stealership should know what the deal is. My part came in yesterday...i will b without my lil man for a whole day;(

4 pennies + 3 minutes = no trip to dealer / same result

A whole day!?!? It takes all of 15 seconds to remove the old one and install the new one - quarter-turn out, quarter-turn in. A 2 minute job if the mechanic stops to read the directions. A few more minutes to verify operation. All day?!? sheesh

I have had my car in the shop five different times for this and it still does it if I don't open the trunk for a week or two.
