2013, fluid recall, transmission fix? Any suggestions?

I have a 2013 sport manual and only had it about 6 months but I thought I read there was a recall to replace the clutch fluid with a higher temp fluid, does anyone have any information on this?
I've also read that nissan has replaced some transmissions in cars for a 6th gear grind, anyone know what years? Mine has done this a hand full of times since I've had it and if I can get it replaced under warranty that would be great

I think the clutch fluid is a TSB, not a recall.
