'15 Nismo Tech Fast Intentions Twin Turbo~$39,900

**SOLD**I can't believe I'm writing this, but it's come down to taxes created a huge financial burden on the family and my hand is forced. I'm so unbelievably sad right now and this entire day has been really hard for me. She's for sale and looking for a great home. Unfortunately most of you already have Z's but if you were ever looking to go Turbo, I followed every meticulous step to ensure this car was perfect. She was going to be mine forever. Uncle Sam made sure that won't happen. Please note I'm not parting out, I would feel as if I'm stripping a soul. Cars are alive man, they have feelings too....

2015 370Z Nismo Tech Twin Turbo 750HP (648whp) Ecutek Flex Fuel (E85 or 91) Tuned.
6MT
14k Miles

Just unbelievable car. This is 370Z is my pride and joy, purchased her brand new off the showroom floor 2 years ago and immediately had her shipped to California to have the best, most efficient Twin Turbo system installed by those that designed the kit themselves, Fast Intentions. I sat down with the owner of the company and let him know that I don't want the car in and out of the shop, I want it perfect. So we went through every complimenting part to make sure this 370Z monster would come alive and never have any problems. The Parts list is one of the pictures attached for reference. Then, tuning was performed by Sebastian at SpecialtyZ who currently tunes Chris Forsberg's cars. If you don't know who he is, look him up. A racer who only uses the best. I have been absolutely meticulous in the care for this Z, changing the oil every 2500 miles only ever using Motul 8100. The oil was still clear when I would drain it, I did this because I truly thought I was going to keep this car forever. It's my baby, and I very well may cry as you drive away in her. Every step taken has been to insure reliability and performance from this car and it has been perfection since the moment I sat down behind the wheel. Unfortunately, I'm a business owner and was just hit with a tax bill that has put a serious financial burden on myself and my family so my hand is forced. This car is showroom condition, better than excellent, not a scratch or ding or dent on her and the car drives as if she were stock. This could easily be a 750hp daily driver. As you drive down the road, that power is just lurking below the pedal anytime you need it. With the click of 2 buttons you can adjust the power to whatever you want, 400/500/600/750 hp. Every Piece placed on this Z has been true JDM carbon fiber imported from Japan (Hood, mirrors, Wheels, Side Mirrors, Wing) authentic & only of the finest quality. In the end over $36,000 invested on top of the $45k car so a total of $81k invested. Selling for $39,900. She needs to go to a good home, someone who will take care of her as I did. Thank you for the interest.

GLWS man..

Thanks guys, yep it's been tough but I suppose such is life. Yesterday was hard but I'm feeling better about it. My daughter wants to get into gymnastics and little man is almost at the age to start sports or whatever he wants to do. Instead of working so much yet still somehow being in debt bc of taxes, I'll be spending time with them watching them kick *** at life :tiphat:

scope22 04-21-2017 11:38 AM

You need to get on a payment plan with uncle sam and keep the Z, what you're doing is just plain wrong

Zbrah 04-21-2017 11:59 AM

Amazing deal! This is a must buy if I didn't already have a Z. I think it should move pretty quickly but GLWS!

Jayhovah 04-21-2017 12:48 PM

So sad to see you go man. This is like the deal of the century. One of those rare FI builds that is absolutely 100% done right by top notch shops.

axmea? 04-21-2017 01:18 PM

Sorry to hear about your situation but need to do what you have to do as family comes first. Here I am initially thinking you were switching to a 911 until I read through it. For all of you thinking of buying a Z, this is it. I've seen amazing vids of this car kicking a$$ on the air strip.

Xhilr8n! 04-21-2017 01:39 PM

Beautiful build.

As said before, there may well be some way to save this for you. Unless you are just ready to move on now anyway.

Sometimes it's just time to let go. But let's not look back with regret.

And maybe ask for first refusal from a buyer should they decide to sell in future. I've done that twice, would up buying the car a second time. I know right now of two cars I've sold and sorta hoping for a call someday.

HAHA if it was only taxes this would work. We've been fighting off debt lately and this was just the nail in the coffin. Have to make a move before we get into a drowning position. I'm now being audited for 2015 bc they want to make sure the $40k I paid that year was enough. It's ridiculous. So now I need to research what happened 2 years ago which will be insanely time consuming and expensive bc of the lawyer I'm hiring and all the while won't be earning any income while I'm defending the audit. Trust me, I've tried every possible scenario. I almost cried while washing her yesterday man.

It can never be taken away that you engineered a fine build. Life is more about such journeys than any destination.

nomodsjk 04-21-2017 07:30 PM

Wow she's beautiful man..im sorry you have to sell her..i can only imagine how that feels...actually i shouldn't say that because I almost sold mine a couple years ago but just couldn't bring myself to take less than half of what I had in it. Good luck to you z brotha!

Spooler 04-21-2017 09:59 PM

Sad to hear this. It happens sometimes. Get back on your feet and then you can make the decision if you want to do it again.

SmoothZ 04-22-2017 06:15 PM

Wow, what a beautiful car. Can't believe how great it looks and how much you put into it.

I hope she goes to a good home.

Hotrodz 04-23-2017 10:54 AM

Sorry for the loss my friend but totally agree with your decision! I'm happy you were able to find a good buyer so quickly. It is better sweet as I, axmea? and Terrible were there when you pick her up from FI. That was a memorable day! Talk to you soon my friend.

So just as an update, I wanted to let everyone know how much of a D1ck I am and I feel absolutely awful. The first buyer called within hours of being listed and had some questions and wanted to think it over. Less than an hour later he says he's going to fly out on Thursday and drive her back. I agreed, good to go (That's where I have the pending pickup). Then this weekend happens, I'm absolutely BLOWN UP with this car, at least 20 calls/texts. I let everyone know she is sold and being picked up Thursday. Sure enough, we have multiple buyers over bidding. I acknowledge and thank them but tell them I can't do that to this person who already offered and is paying full price. Then it gets to $44,000....F3CK. So just talking out loud I call the original guy and tell him my predicament. I haven't made a decision yet, but I offer to pay for his plane tickets as an I'm sorry even though he can cancel for a lesser standard fee and/or credit. I'll pay the full price for his time and I feel awful. Upset, he offers to go up to $42,000. I agree and told him I won't take in any other offers, I'm sorry I even asked and I feel like a ****. He says no worries.

...This is where it gets worse...

Multiple buyers don't stop. $44k cash, I'll pay for the guys ticket...$45k,...$46k, I'll pay for his tickets. WTF do I do?! It's now $4,000 higher than I've already verbally told this guy we were good to go. The ONLY reason I'm selling this car is bc of how underwater I am with taxes. I mean literally, F'd with no lube. I'm selling stuff, trying to make ends meet and trying to make sure my kids don't feel the effects in any way. Money and time included taking care of them. So I talk with the wife, feel awful we decide it's best for the family to take the $46k. We have to. I can't afford anything bc of how bad the IRS is coming after us, THEN I'm being audited for 2015 so I'm not able to work, constantly battling and now dissecting crap that happened 2 years ago, which means no income coming in. I need everything I can get. So I did the unthinkable. I called the guy again and told him I have to go with the other offer. I'll pay $1400 for his two tickets ($650 a piece before whatever cancellation policy there is and credit he gets, doesn't matter. Whatever he gets credited back from the airline, he deserves) and feel like god awful crap. I'm a complete jerk guys and if he's reading this I'm sorry. Just know that if any other circumstances, if it wasn't for the family and our MAJOR need (I wouldn't be selling in the first place) I wouldn't have gone back on my word. I'm an awful person. I hate it. But I needed to take care of the family, and I made sure that I reimbursed you for time/money. I'm so sorry bro. :(

tonythetiger 04-25-2017 08:34 AM

you should at least part out some stuff man that way everyone is screwed over...willing to part out side mirrors and b pillars?

cv129 04-25-2017 08:45 AM

As long as the $46k offer is real and solid. You took a deposit?

scope22 04-25-2017 08:47 AM

Sometimes you need to do what is right for you and your family.

Jayhovah 04-25-2017 09:34 AM

Please don't take any offense to this, but from your situation it kind of sounds like you are the type of person that may not always learn from mistakes the first time. Of course I do not on the details of your situation but, superficially speaking, it seems that way.

In this case, you probably made the mistake of not properly appraising what you owned and pricing it for a quick sale. You made a deal with someone, and then you hosed that person. I understand you are in hot water and sometimes you really have to do what you have to do - but for the love of god it sure as hell seems like you need to learn how to think things through before diving head first. It's of no concern to anyone if it only harms you - but you f!cked that guy pretty hard over a mistake that you made. Learn from this (and everything else), at this point it's the only way to get something positive out of it since the damage is done.

LOL, thanks for your opinion but if you seriously think I just listed this yesterday you are out of your mind. This is something I've been trying to defeat for well over a year once my tenants decided to destroy a property that had $25k worth of damages and 3 months worth of non payment while I had to go through the eviction process. This was not a lack of planning, this was an inability to fully recover from the obstacles thrown at me. I've also since spoken with the buyer and we are at an understanding and he has no hard feelings. I've paid him for the costs he's incurred and he has credits for a free plane ticket for when he wants to fly again next. As I mentioned I feel awful, repaid the best I could, but ultimately the ONLY reason I'm selling is to pay a tax debt. The government doesn't give a sh!t what obstacles you faced, they see it as if you had income, you need to pay. And unfortunately that's why we see people in tax repayment debt over $50k. Which this step is what I have to take to avoid that. Every dollar means huge amounts to help. I wrote my statement bc I felt awful, thanks grabbing a bat and jumping on the opportunity to beat me further. Have a good day bro.

Understood... like I said I didn't know the details of your situation. Glad you were able to get what you needed and square with the buyer. We'll miss you around here.

Need4Speeds 04-25-2017 03:37 PM

I'll give you 50K and my kidney.

Kzonts 04-25-2017 04:01 PM

I certainly learned a thing or two from reading this thread.

1. FI can be very expensive on these cars.
2. You will never see a good return on that investment. Only smiles per mile...
3. The love of cars and horsepower makes us do really stupid things.

Most of us know this and still do it anyway

Spooler 04-26-2017 01:44 PM

You do what you have to do sometimes. Hope you got a fat deposit from said high bidder.

GeauxTigers1 04-26-2017 07:53 PM

Hey there, the Z is available again. Previous buyer that was financing has stated yet another delay that I can no longer hold the car. I'm not looking for this to get into a bidding, just simply asking for highest and best and whenever can come up with that officially (not pre qualification, not borrow later etc, need it official whether that's meeting at your bank for the loan that is approved or cash, I can no hold and delay for anyone regardless of offer. We have approximately 20 people that are interested, current buyer is still trying to make his financing work and he's at $46,000. Ty for your interest and please let me know if you are still interested.

Need4Speeds 04-27-2017 08:29 AM

What a bummer...in all honesty I would have taken this car off your hands if I had not just purchased a 2016 Sport. It would have been almost double what I paid for my car, but well worth it.

GLWTS and I'm sure you won't have any issues getting it sold in the next few days.

Kzonts 04-27-2017 10:53 AM

I've never purchased a car with this value privately. It's seems like a risky proposition at this point since the first person who lands in Arizona with proper financing documentation gets it...

Hotrodz 04-27-2017 02:03 PM

Why, no more risk than paying an over priced vehicle at a used car dealerships!

Car is officially SOLD. New owner broke a lot of hearts but so happy she stayed with someone who will love her as much as I do! Thanks everyone for your amazing support, even had fellow owners offering to pay for her and let me rebuy after my financials were figured out. There's absolutely nothing like the Z fam. Take care guys
