In this case, you probably made the mistake of not properly appraising what you owned and pricing it for a quick sale. You made a deal with someone, and then you hosed that person. I understand you are in hot water and sometimes you really have to do what you have to do - but for the love of god it sure as hell seems like you need to learn how to think things through before diving head first. It's of no concern to anyone if it only harms you - but you f!cked that guy pretty hard over a mistake that you made. Learn from this (and everything else), at this point it's the only way to get something positive out of it since the damage is done.

LOL, thanks for your opinion but if you seriously think I just listed this yesterday you are out of your mind. This is something I've been trying to defeat for well over a year once my tenants decided to destroy a property that had $25k worth of damages and 3 months worth of non payment while I had to go through the eviction process. This was not a lack of planning, this was an inability to fully recover from the obstacles thrown at me. I've also since spoken with the buyer and we are at an understanding and he has no hard feelings. I've paid him for the costs he's incurred and he has credits for a free plane ticket for when he wants to fly again next. As I mentioned I feel awful, repaid the best I could, but ultimately the ONLY reason I'm selling is to pay a tax debt. The government doesn't give a sh!t what obstacles you faced, they see it as if you had income, you need to pay. And unfortunately that's why we see people in tax repayment debt over $50k. Which this step is what I have to take to avoid that. Every dollar means huge amounts to help. I wrote my statement bc I felt awful, thanks grabbing a bat and jumping on the opportunity to beat me further. Have a good day bro.

Understood... like I said I didn't know the details of your situation. Glad you were able to get what you needed and square with the buyer. We'll miss you around here.

I'll give you 50K and my kidney.

I certainly learned a thing or two from reading this thread.

1. FI can be very expensive on these cars.
2. You will never see a good return on that investment. Only smiles per mile...
3. The love of cars and horsepower makes us do really stupid things.

Most of us know this and still do it anyway

You do what you have to do sometimes. Hope you got a fat deposit from said high bidder.

Hey there, the Z is available again. Previous buyer that was financing has stated yet another delay that I can no longer hold the car. I'm not looking for this to get into a bidding, just simply asking for highest and best and whenever can come up with that officially (not pre qualification, not borrow later etc, need it official whether that's meeting at your bank for the loan that is approved or cash, I can no hold and delay for anyone regardless of offer. We have approximately 20 people that are interested, current buyer is still trying to make his financing work and he's at $46,000. Ty for your interest and please let me know if you are still interested.

What a bummer...in all honesty I would have taken this car off your hands if I had not just purchased a 2016 Sport. It would have been almost double what I paid for my car, but well worth it.

GLWTS and I'm sure you won't have any issues getting it sold in the next few days.

Kzonts 04-27-2017 10:53 AM

I've never purchased a car with this value privately. It's seems like a risky proposition at this point since the first person who lands in Arizona with proper financing documentation gets it...

Hotrodz 04-27-2017 02:03 PM

Why, no more risk than paying an over priced vehicle at a used car dealerships!

Car is officially SOLD. New owner broke a lot of hearts but so happy she stayed with someone who will love her as much as I do! Thanks everyone for your amazing support, even had fellow owners offering to pay for her and let me rebuy after my financials were figured out. There's absolutely nothing like the Z fam. Take care guys

Hotrodz 04-28-2017 08:49 AM
