It's really not that big a deal. I used to hypermile and run the stock Toyo tires on my 2010 Nissan Cube at 61 psi when I was driving 120 miles daily. They would get up to about 64-65 psi at most in the summer. Not to mention that they still maintained full contact patch on the road, excellent traction in the rain and wore perfectly even for the 55k+ miles I put on them. It was Bridgestone tires after that and those lasted 60k+ miles, also at 61 psi.
