My car is completely stock. Oil temp never went above 120C. BUT, I was short-shifting on the damp/wet track, braking early, and couldn't get on the power quickly exiting turns, so I suspect that on a dry track I would have run into the problem of hitting or surpassing 130C which I think is where "limp mode" kicks in. For next year, my son and I are going to add an oil cooler and possibly a billet oilpan spacer to increase oil quantity. I will also switch to better brake fluid because it got too hot after 6-8 laps and the pedal became a bit spongy until it cooled back down.

I don't know if you will see oil temp issues on the DDT because you won't be running at high revs for very long but you might. You will probably want to swap out the brake fluid though because you'll be using a lot of brakes on that track. My disks and pads are still fine.

Not sure what tires you have - I have the stock Potenza S001 tires, and they will wear a lot on a dry track - I lost about 1/4 of the tread depth running 40-50 laps on a damp track. I also think the S001s are not a great tire on a wet track.

But the car was a lot of fun!
