This may have been covered in an older post, I didn't see it. I emailed Nissan and asked for production numbers on the 2016 and 2017 nismo z's after I registered my 2016 on there. Sadly the response back to me was :

In regards to your vehicle inquiry, the information you are seeking is not available. We apologize a more favorable response could not be given.

I'm sure they have exact production figures but we won't be getting them.
