A lot of that list is skewed.
RX-8's and their engine issues should be completely avoided
M3's costs are likely going to be through the roof within a year
Last I recall, C6's don't hold up so well
I don't know what worthwhile Boxster can be had for under $25k
There's a fair share of "sporty" cars in there, not actual sports cars.
I'm not saying this to elevate the Z, but rather press the point that "under $25k" is misleading. Some are very unlikely even just OTD unless you're lucky.
At least in my mind, that list really narrows down to the Z, MX-5, and FR-S.
